This course is timely in a world where we constantly encounter a myriad of stressors within both social and work contexts. It is the right tool for improving one’s EQ.

This 2-day course is designed to expand delegates’ understanding of emotional intelligence, and to impart effective strategies for improving it. With the ability to manage stress, delegates can learn to dealing with emotional triggers and preventing them from overruling self-control. This course will help delegates to reduce impulsive behaviours that lead to irrational and aggressive behaviour, to manage their emotions in healthy ways, to empathise with others and to defuse conflict
